* nsterm.h (NS_HAVE_NSINTEGER): Back out and augment with CGFloat,
    still needed under Tiger.

    * nsterm.m (EmacsView-conversationIdentifier): Arg is long.

    * m/amdx86-64.h: Don't set LIB_STANDARD and START_FILES under
    __Apple__.

    * m/intel386.h: Remove DARWIN_OS/_LP64 special case.
